Returns & Exchanges Policy

​We want you to be completely satisfied with your silicone sports wristband from awesome.band. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

​Return Window

  • ​We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

​Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

​To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • New Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to hygiene standards, any wristband showing visible signs of wear, dirt, or alteration may be rejected for a return or exchange.

​How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    1. Contact Us: Please email our support team: [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    2. Wait for Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and the necessary return address.
    3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided in our email.

​Return Shipping Costs

    • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (see below).
    • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

​Refunds

    • ​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • ​If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • ​The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

​Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • ​If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately: [email protected]. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
